Grayson Rallies Past Lakeland Into Georgia Quarterfinals

Quarterback Malik Johnson scored three touchdowns as Grayson rallied past Lakeland 24-20 on Friday night to advance to the Georgia Class 7A quarterfinals.
Johnson threw for two scores and rushed for another, and the Rams defense held Lakeland to 102 yards in the second half. Grayson trailed 20-14 at halftime.
"We came out flat and fixed it," Johnson said. "Defense won us this game."
Grayson improved to 10-3 and will travel to top-seeded Colquitt County next week.
